When I lost a property I thought I had set my heart on to someone else, I was initially so upset. However, then Hebe offered to help me find an even better one. True to her word, she did just that. No sooner had I instructed her, than she came back to me with a list of possible options. The first one I went to see was absolutely ideal and in a different league to the one I had lost out on. Hebe put in my offer and after a bit of negotiating we had it under offer. From there, Hebe took the reins and recommended my surveyor as well as my solicitor and basically took all the headache out of buying a property by doing all the chasing up of everyone involved to ensure the smooth running of the conveyancing. Not only is Hebe always so upbeat, sunny and positive, but she is highly efficient, incredibly knowledgeable and well informed. She is a delight to deal with and I cannot recommend her more highly.
